Bio

Karine started her investment banking career at Société Générale, where she built the bank’s Luxury and Lifestyle M&A franchise. She joined her brother, Ariel Ohana, at Ohana & Co in 1998, as Co-Managing Partner. Leveraging her niche expertise and extensive network in the Luxury, Lifestyle, Beauty and Branded Goods sectors, she has advised a wide range of companies and international entrepreneurs, including: LVMH, Chanel, Amore Pacific, Puig, InterParfums, Diptyque, Lanvin, Eres, Coty, Procter & Gamble and Delta Galil, among many others. Karine sits on the board of the listed shopping mall owner, Atrium, since 2015, after being a board member of Citycon from 2013 to 2015, and On Entertainment, an independent film production company (The Little Prince, July 2015). Very involved in social and cultural activities, Karine sits on the boards of the Museum of Design in Israel and the Education Council of the American Skin Association in New York. In partnership with the United Nations in New York, she founded Success for Progress, an annual luncheon honoring entrepreneurs who use their success to promote social, environment and humanitarian causes. Karine was selected to participate in the Forbes Women Summit in 2013 (‘Driving Change’) and 2015 (‘Women Entrepreneurs’). She was also listed by Time magazine as one of the most influential women in Fashion (2004). Karine graduated from the Université Paris-Dauphine (BA & MBA) and divides her time between Paris and New York.
