Shawn has over 25 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience providing merger and acquisition, valuation, financial advisory, and restructuring services for diverse companies, typically those with enterprise values up to $200 million. He has executed transactions in a wide range of industries including consumer products, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and businesses services. Shawn’s investment banking experience started with Barrington Associates where he served as a Vice President, using his credit and financial analysis skills as a trusted advisor to middle market business owners, providing primarily sell-side M&A and valuation services. He is a Registered Representative of, and transactions are conducted through, Hamilton Grant, LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC. Shawn graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
