Previously, he was a Managing Director of Mosaic Capital. He served as Vice-Chairman of Autobytel, Inc., a Nasdaq listed company, and was the founding investor and senior board member of AutoWeb. also a Nasdaq listed company, and led its merger with Autobytel. Earlier, Mark founded Cogito Capital Partners, a corporate advisory firm working with rapidly growing, emerging technology companies. Previously, he was Managing Director of Chatsworth Securities where he was the senior banker and advisor on over 25 transactions, with a combined value of over $500 million. Earlier, he was founder and chairman of On Word Information, a pioneering database/imaging company, which he sold to Motorola. Mr. Ross earneded a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University.
