Peter Cleopa Bio

Peter is a Managing Director, bringing to Oberon more than 20 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense, Healthcare, and Diversified industrials segments. Peter possesses both buy-side and sell-side M&A experience and has executed transactions across a broad spectrum of sectors, including shipping, chemicals, software, services, manufacturing, and leasing totaling over $20B. Prior to joining Oberon, Peter’s roles included Director of Corporate Development at General Electric, Consultant for Seraph, Associate at the Royal Bank of Canada, and Lead Engineer at the Boeing Company. He has also held several Operations, Commercial, and Business Development positions at General Electric, as well as product management positions at Boeing. Peter earned his MBA in finance and strategic management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his bachelor’s degree in mechanical and civil engineering from Columbia University.
