Joe Briner Bio

Joe Briner is a Managing Director with Oberon Securities, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership experience in banking and financial services to the firm focused primarily on execution of middle-market engagements involving M&A, debt and equity capital raises, restructuring, valuations and advisory services spanning a wide range of domestic and international clients in business services, media, technology, energy, real estate, industrial, B2B, AI, SaaS, clean energy and other sectors. Prior to joining Oberon in 2024, Joe led a boutique investment banking oriented firm in Atlanta where he focused on guiding privately held businesses through their first institutional capital events including M&A, equity growth investment and debt financing while providing advisory guidance in the areas of value creation, enterprise valuation, streamlining operations to focus on key revenue and profit drives and preparing enterprises for liquidity events. Joe earned is BA from Denison University and his MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
