David is a Managing Director and brings 34 years of senior leadership operating experience in addition to his buy and sell side expertise. Prior to Oberon David spent nine years as a Senior M&A Advisor for Woodbridge International completing assignments in consumer products, manufacturing, environmental services, specialized laboratory services, and the waste industries. Previously he was SVP of Sales & Media Operations at Monster Worldwide where he prepared the company for Strategic Alternatives. David also served as Vice President of Sales at United Site Services a successful $500M private equity consolidation. David has been a key team member on acquisitions, integration, and divestitures in public and private companies. David consults for business owners, private equity and wealthy individuals on operational performance improvements, exit preparation as well as mergers & acquisitions strategy. Throughout his career David has been highly regarded for his significant operating and revenue improvements in a variety of senior roles with Iron Mountain, software and technology division of GE, EASEL, and analytical device divisions of Thermo Fisher Scientific. David is a graduate of Bentley University.
