Daniel Guilfoile Bio

Dan is a Managing Director, bringing to Oberon more than 30 years of experience in transactions involving public companies, primarily in the energy & natural resources, and industrial infrastructure spaces. Dan has raised approximately $1 billion in capital in the public and private arenas, domestically and internationally. Dan is well-versed in many financial and legal structures including equity, debt, mezzanine financing, structured and project financing, IPOs, PIPEs, reverse mergers, and APOs. Prior to joining Oberon, Dan ran investment banking departments and divisions at Nutmeg Securities, Pali Capital, Joseph Gunnar, Laidlaw and Co., and Corinthian Partners. Dan earned his M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University and his B.A. in Economics from Villanova University.
