Bio

Carlo is a Managing Director, bringing over 25 years of investment banking, private equity, and consulting experience to Oberon. Prior to joining Oberon, Carlo spent more than 12 years at Grant Thornton Corporate Finance, Raymond James Investment Banking, Comvest Partners, Pine Tree Equity Partners, and other professional services firms. He has originated numerous transactions, primarily in services industries, and assisted senior executives and privately-owned businesses in securing more than $500 million of capital for growth or liquidity. His previous experience includes business development, management consulting and strategic advisory positions at Big Four firms and Fortune 500 companies. Carlo earned his M.B.A. from Purdue University and his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. He is also a CPA.
