Bio

Andy is a Managing Director, bringing more than 30 years of Wall Street experience to Oberon. Andy specializes in the industrial sector, including machinery, building products and construction, environmental, metals, general manufacturing and distribution. Prior to joining Oberon, Andy worked in corporate finance at Dillon Read, UBS, Houlihan Lokey and Morgan Joseph. He began as an equity research analyst at DLJ in 1982. He has executed $20 billion of transactions throughout his career including M&A, public and private debt and equity offerings, fairness opinions, and strategic advisory. Some of the notable transactions he has worked on include the sale of Silver Line Building Products to Andersen Windows & Doors, the divestiture of several business units from Waste Management, the initial public offerings of General Cable and Stericycle, and the cross-border acquisition of Walbro by TI Group plc. Andy earned his M.B.A., and his B.A. in Government and East Asian Studies from Harvard University.
