Bio

Reid is a Managing Director. He is a seasoned investment banker/equity research analyst, financial executive and independent management consultant. On Wall Street, he worked with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, RBC Capital Markets and the BMO Financial Group. His corporate experience includes serving in senior financial roles with General Foods/Philip Morris, Pillsbury and Ecolab. During his investment banking and corporate careers, he helped raise in excess of $3.0 billion of debt and equity and was involved in multiple M&A transactions. He has also been a Managing Director of CFO-911, a consulting firm which provides clients with accounting, financial advisory and operational expertise. Reid earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from Claremont McKenna College.
