Bio

Michael is a Director, bringing more than 12 years of investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance experience to Oberon. Prior to joining Oberon, Michael was the Vice President of Investments at Unison Investments, a family office making equity investments in private lower middle market companies. Before Unison, Michael spent nearly 5 years at Capital Research Partners & Co, a middle-market investment banking and corporate finance boutique where he provided strategic advice on a variety of M&A and private placement transactions across the capital structure. He was also a Trader in the prime brokerage division at Celadon Financial Group, where he provided primary and co-coverage trading in a variety of asset classes for hedge funds, family offices, and multi-national banks. He began his career in New York as an Analyst at BNP Paribas. Michael earned his B.A. in Economics from Villanova University.
