Kevin is a Managing Director, bringing over 20 years of investment banking and private equity experience to Oberon. Kevin has participated in transactions as both an advisor and principal across many sectors including food & beverage, aerospace, energy, emergency medical services, and general industrials. Prior to joining Oberon, Kevin spent 6 years as an independent investment banker through his consulting firm JTA Advisors, LLC, where he advised numerous clients on sell-side engagements and capital raising activities. Notable engagements include the Sales of World Wide Electric Corp., Iron Heart Canning Co., and Duraslot, Inc. Kevin was previously a partner at DeltaPoint Capital Management, LLC, a lower middle-market buyout fund focused on control equity investments in the Northeastern US where he was responsible for many of the firm’s transaction related activities including platform investments, add-on acquisitions, debt & equity financings, and restructurings. He was actively involved representing the firms interest in High Falls Brewing Company, Lapp Insulator Company, BTI Acquisition, Inc. and DynaBil Industries, Inc. Kevin currently sits on the Board of Directors of Monroe Medi-Trans, Inc. and non-profits the Upstate Capital Association of New York and the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, where he also chairs the finance committee. Kevin earned an M.S. in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.
