Bio

Jorge is a Managing Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance to Oberon. He has executed numerous M&A, debt and equity financing transactions across industries including Information technology (tech-enabled services), consumer products, healthcare and business services. Prior to joining Oberon, Jorge led the investment banking team at Aleutian Capital, a middle-market investment bank, executing over 50 transactions in the information technology, consumer products and industrial sectors. Over his 15-year tenure at Aleutian, he developed relationships among senior leadership groups across various industries, financial sponsors, and strategic groups. Prior to joining Aleutian, Jorge worked for five years in South America as a financial analyst in the energy sector at Tecsur S.A. and as a portfolio manager advising companies in their debt capital needs across industry sectors at Banco de Credito. He earned his M.B.A. from the William E. Simon School, University of Rochester with a major in finance and corporate accounting and his B.A. from Universidad de Lima (Peru).
