Bio

Harry is a Managing Director, bringing 20 years of investment banking experience to Oberon. Harry focuses on middle-market omni-channel consumer and business marketers, digital and traditional media, marketing and business services and ad tech. Prior to joining Oberon, he worked with Agile Equity, a boutique technology, media and telecom investment bank in New York. Previously, Harry was a managing director at Gruppo, Levey & Co., where he spent 14 years providing M&A and strategic advisory services to catalogers, marketing service agencies and publishers. Throughout his investment banking career, Harry has executed in excess of $4 billion of M&A and private placement transactions. Harry previously worked in the publishing industry for Cowles Media and Thomson Corporation, after finishing his assignment in supervising nuclear reactor overhaul procedures for the Department of Defense. Harry earned his M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
