Bio

Ed is a Managing Director, bringing more than 15 years of corporate finance experience to Oberon. Ed focuses on consumer and healthcare clients who seek strategic alternatives and access to debt and equity capital markets. Prior to joining Oberon, Ed spent 12 years as an investment analyst with institutional investment funds and family offices where he invested in middle-market opportunities. Ed began his advisory career as an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Lehman Brothers. He earned his M.B.A. from the Johnson School at Cornell University and his B.S. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
