Denis is a Director, bringing over 15 years of investment banking and corporate development experience, having advised Media, Technology and Tech-Enabled Services executives on 20+ M&A, debt, and equity transactions exceeding $4 billion in aggregate value, as well as on a number of strategic growth initiatives. Prior to joining Oberon, Denis was a Director at Palazzo, where he provided sell-side M&A advisory to middle-market companies in the Marketing sector. Prior to Palazzo, he served in similar roles at Berkery Noyes and the Jordan Edmiston Group (JEGI), covering his core verticals as well as HealthTech and EdTech. Denis began his investment banking career at Credit Suisse, where he executed M&A and Capital Markets transactions for clients including Univision, Hawaiian Telcom, Radio One, Open Solutions as part of the TMT group. Denis earned his M.B.A. in Finance with Honors from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University; his Master’s in Media Management / Integrated Marketing Communications and his Bachelor’s in Pre-Med, both from the University of South Carolina.
