David is a Director at Oberon Securities, bringing more than 10 years of mergers and acquisitions experience to the firm. He focuses primarily on the renewable energy, waste & environmental services, and automotive sectors. Prior to joining Oberon, David executed transactions at a number of publicly traded companies, including Consolidated Edison (NYSE: ED), where he focused on investments in solar- and wind-energy assets, Covanta Holding Corporation (NYSE: CVA), where he focused on renewable waste-to-energy project finance, and Marubeni Corporation (TSE: 8002), where he completed acquisitions within the transportation machinery sector, principally focusing on automotive. David also held leadership roles within investment banking at Aleutian Capital Group, a middle-market investment bank where he developed relationships among senior leadership groups across a variety of additional industries, including industrials, power, information technology, healthcare, and business services. David earned his J.D./M.B.A. degree from Fordham University and his B.A. in History from the University of Michigan. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
