Corey Luskin, CFA, is a Managing Director, bringing over 25 years of experience in investment banking to Oberon. Corey focuses on strategic M&A transactions and minority recapitalizations for Oberon clients in diverse industry sectors including consumer services, technology and media, travel and hospitality, financial services and insurance, and business services. He has recently handled sell-side engagements and minority recapitalizations for industry leaders including D&M Leasing, Infotools, Macro Consultants, and Focus Pointe Global, as well several emerging growth companies. Before joining Oberon, Corey was a Managing Director at England & Company LLC, an investment banking boutique. Prior to that, he worked at M&A advisory firms including Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (formerly Wasserstein Perella) and Smith Barney. He has successfully advised on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions valued at over $10 billion. In addition to his advisory experience, Corey has led M&A teams at two publicly-traded companies, first as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development at BISYS Group, Inc., a leading financial technology and outsourcing firm where he completed several strategic acquisitions; and later as head of Corporate Development for Innodata, an information technology company. Corey earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. in Economics with High Honors from the University of Michigan, and is a charterholder of the CFA Institute.
