Bio

Brian is a Managing Director, bringing over 20 years of M&A and capital raising experience to Oberon with a particular focus on the energy, industrial and health care sectors. He has successfully completed over 50 advisory assignments with a combined transaction value in excess of $200 billion during his Wall Street career. Prior to joining Oberon, Brian was Head of Corporate Finance for the Americas with Societe Generale, a leading European investment bank. Earlier in his career Brian worked as a client relationship executive at FBR Capital Markets and spent over 10 years with JPMorgan’s M&A group in New York. Brian earned his M.B.A. from McMaster University in Ontario and his B.S. degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
