William Nicholson Bio

William is a principal at Heritage Capital Group, Oaklins’ member firm in Jacksonville and Savannah. His primary focus is on real estate and banking opportunities as well as litigation support in these fields. Recent transactions include the sale of Maner Builders Supply’s real estate to STORE Capital in a sale-leaseback transaction and the sale of Sparr Building and Farm Supply’s real estate. Previously, William was a senior banker with Bank of America Securities, an executive vice president with Bank of America and Barnett Banks in Jacksonville, and a senior vice president with PNC in Pittsburgh. He has BA degrees from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
