Tracy is an associate director at Capnua, Oaklins’ member firm in Ireland. She specializes in M&A advisory for both entrepreneurs and large, privately-owned businesses across a range of sectors, specifically, but not limited to, construction services, professional services, technology and distribution. Tracy has advised on a number of notable corporate transactions, including the MBO of Mercury Engineering; the sale of iCabbi, a taxi dispatch technology company, to RCI Bank, a division of Renault; the reorganization and sale of Linesight to IPS, a subsidiary of Alleghany Capital Corp. (now a Berkshire Hathaway company); the sale of ProAdjust to Davies Group; the sale of Ethos Engineering to Exponent Private Equity; the sale of Walco Foods to NASDAQ Helsinki-listed Neste Corp.; and the sale of Emydex to Baader, a global manufacturer and supplier of food processing machinery and solutions. Tracy is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland having trained in BDO in Dublin. She also has a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from DCU.
