Tim Blois Bio

Tim is a director at Oaklins Evelyn Partners, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. Based in the Cambridge office, he specializes in corporate M&A advisory, having advised on a wide range of mid-market transactions and corporate strategy. Over the last 30 years, Tim has supported a number of very successful entrepreneurs in various sectors build and realize substantial capital value, particularly in manufacturing, business support services, healthcare and technology. He has considerable experience in debt and private equity fundraisings for startups, MBOs, MBIs and corporate acquisitions as well as leading on a number of cross-border exits. Tim also spent three years as managing director of an international manufacturing group, where he successfully managed and integrated a significant acquisition, initiated diverse operational improvement measures as well as led a manufacturing automation program. Tim has garnered a wealth of experience over the years, working in the M&A, private equity and debt advisory teams at Robson Rhodes, Grant Thornton and Ashcroft Partnership LLP. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992.
