Tibo Steen Bio

Tibo is an associate director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium with five years’ experience in corporate finance. Recent M&A transactions he advised on include the partnership between Hannecard and BNPPF PE, the public takeover bid and delisting of Sioen Industries by Sihold, the sale of Rima to Teugels and the sale of a minority stake in Microflor to Smile Invest. He has also worked on several ECM transactions for notable clients, including Biotalys, Lotus Bakeries and VGP. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Tibo interned for ING’s M&A team in Amsterdam. He has an MSc in Finance from ESSEC Business School and a BSc and MSc in Commercial Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven.
