Serban Dumitrescu Bio

Serban is a director at BT Capital Partners, Oaklins’ member firm in Romania. He has extensive expertise in the consumer sector, especially in food & beverage, with a focus on the healthy food niche, and in the healthcare, logistics and industrial sectors. He is involved in all phases of a transaction, as he supports the senior advisors in various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling, sales materials drafting, due diligence coordination and final stage negotiations. Serban joined the firm in 2017. He has a BSc in International Economic Relations.
