Sebastián is a partner at LarrainVial, Oaklins’ member firm in Chile. He has many years of experience and has advised on numerous M&A transactions, IPOs, finance projects, debt issues, debt restructurings and bank syndicate loans. Prior to joining LarrainVial in 2000, Sebastián worked for two years as an analyst at Arthur Andersen. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
