Saurabh is the managing partner and founder of VantagePoint, Oaklins’ member firm in India. He is a corporate finance professional with more than 18 years of deal-making experience. He has expertise in growth financing, restructuring and structured finance. Prior to VantagePoint, Saurabh incubated the corporate finance advisory business at Ladderup as CEO, resolving complex corporate finance situations. Before this, he headed the mid-market team at YES Bank for the western region and worked as a consultant with Accenture in prior roles. Saurabh has an MBA from KJ Somaiya College in Mumbai as well as a chartered financial analyst degree from the CFA Institute.
