Sarah is an associate director at Capnua, Oaklins’ member firm in Ireland. She has experience in M&A and fundraising mandates in areas such as healthcare, insurance, technology, construction services and companies that service the data center, microelectronics, EV battery and life sciences sectors. She has advised on a number of notable transactions, including the sale of Openet, a 5G telecoms technology company, to NASDAQ-listed Amdocs plc; the sale of Linesight, a provider of construction consultancy services on projects in sectors including data centers, healthcare, commercial real estate and life sciences, to IPS, a subsidiary of Alleghany Capital Corp. (now a Berkshire Hathaway company); the sale of Galway Tool and Mould, a high precision tooling manufacturer servicing the life sciences and medical devices sectors, to SyBridge Technolgies, a company established by New York-based private equity firm Crestview Partners; the sale of Nualtra to Japanese food and biotechnology corporation Ajinomoto Cambrooke; and the sale of Accuscience, a science and medical technology distribution company, to Diploma plc, a FTSE 100 company. Sarah is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland, having trained at KPMG in Dublin. She has a first-class master’s in finance from Dublin City University.
