Nicolas Lambers Bio

Nicolas is an associate director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. With more than five years of experience in corporate finance, he has completed multiple M&A transactions in the financial and consumer services sectors. Notable deals include the sale of an energy price comparison platform, the sale of a Nordic-owned private bank and card issuer, and a number of transactions in the trust and corporate services sector in Luxembourg. Nicolas joined the corporate finance department in 2021. Prior to this, he was a client manager at Credit Suisse Luxembourg in the UHNW space and a senior consultant in the corporate finance department of Deloitte Luxembourg. Nicolas has a master’s in financial engineering from the University of Liege (HEC Liège Management School).
