Mike Dinsdale Bio

Mike is a director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. His key areas of expertise are in the human capital management and technology services sectors. Notable deals he has advised on include the sales of Perkbox to Great Hill Partners, Vero Screening to Accurate Background and Soundbite Learning (GCSEPod) to Access Group. Mike joined the firm in 2016, having previously spent over three years at Deloitte LLP where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He graduated from the University of Southampton with a first-class honors degree in economics and management in 2012.
