Maximiliano is a managing director at Oaklins Italy, where he leads the M&A corporate & financial sponsors coverage team. With 20 years’ experience, he has managed over 50 deals worth more than US$5 billion, providing domestic and cross-border M&A advisory services to private equity firms, large multinational corporations and family-owned companies across various industries. Recent transactions include advising the private equity fund Progressio on its disposal of Gardaplast to Val Group; the French family office Dentrassangle on its acquisition of Dietopack from Trilantic Europe; the private equity fund Clessidra on its acquisition of Everton; and the shareholders of Salice on the sale of the business to Cobepa. Prior to joining Oaklins Italy, Maxi was head of the financial sponsors coverage team at the Italian-listed investment bank Equita. Before that, he worked at the Italian M&A mid-market boutique K Finance/Clairfield International Italy. He started his career at UBM – Unicredit Banca Mobiliare. Maxi graduated from LIUC University in business administration.
