Lars Gustafsson Bio

Lars is a partner at Oaklins Sweden, with experience in domestic and cross-border sell-side and buy-side M&A deals across a broad spectrum of industries, ranging from TMT and healthcare to industrials and consumer & retail. Notable deals he has advised on include the sale of Westmatic to Lagercrantz, the sale of AVA Monitoring to Indutrade, the sale of eBuilder Travel to MobileXpense, the sale of Riada to Eficode, ICT Group’s acquisition of Additude, the sale of Väsby Läkargrupp to Doktor.se and the sale of Aleris’ primary care business to Lideta. Lars joined the firm in 2012. He started his career at Klarna, where he worked on risk analysis and the development of risk reporting systems while completing his studies. He has an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
