Johan is a senior associate partner at Oaklins Sweden. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, IPOs, financial and strategic advice, and restructurings. Deals he has advised on include the sales of Devellum to Projektengagemang, Diversify to Webstep, Hoist to Accent, Estate Service Management to Sequent Invest, Cobolt to Hubner and Birdstep to Smith Micro. Before joining Oaklins Sweden, Johan worked for Nordea and in corporate finance at Aros. Prior to this, he was one of the founders of CAPM, where he was a partner for six years. He started his career at the Merchant Group, where he was involved in equities and options trading, asset management and corporate finance for six years. Among other positions, he was CEO for the asset management company and part of the group’s management. He has an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University.
