Jens Rutten Bio

Jens is a partner at Oaklins Switzerland with more than 20 years’ experience in complex M&A transactions. His areas of expertise are in food & beverage and other manufacturing industries. Clients include family-owned companies and midsize businesses, such as Möbel Pfister, Precipart, Sphinx Werkzeuge, Deliciel, Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel, Lüchinger + Schmid, olo marzipan, GEISER agro.com, ELRO-Werke, Hocoma, MSL Schloss- und Beschägefabrik, Espisa, Stanzwerk, Swissana Clinic Meggen and MEK Holding, as well as large corporates, such as Migros and Sulzer. Jens joined Oaklins Switzerland in 2005, becoming a partner in 2012. Prior to this, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Horváth & Partners and FAA Financial Advisory Ltd. Jens studied business administration and has an MA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He is also a CFA charterholder.
