Ivan Angelov Bio

Ivan is an associate director at Karoll Investment, Oaklins’ member firm in Bulgaria. He leads the transaction processes of the M&A business and is involved in identifying deal opportunities and prospects. His experience includes transactions in food & beverage, agriculture and real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Ivan was an investment analyst at an investment banking boutique in Bulgaria, where he was responsible for M&A and financial management mandates. His past experience also includes working for the commercial banking arm of KBC Group in Bulgaria, where he was responsible for the portfolio management of credit guarantee instruments of more than US$200 million. Ivan has a BSc in Finance and an MSc in Financial Management from the UNWE, Bulgaria, and has passed all three CFA Program exams.
