Ghislain de Lathuy Bio

Ghislain is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. With over seven years’ experience in investment banking, he has worked on deals in real estate, fintech, sports, healthcare and TMT. Notable transactions he has recently advised on include the accelerated bookbuild offering of Eurofins, the convertible bond of Mithra Pharmaceuticals, the IPO of Unifiedpost and the placement of Immobel’s treasury shares. Ghislain joined the corporate finance team in 2021. Prior to this, he worked at Berenberg in the continental Europe investment banking franchise and at Crédit Agricole CIB as part of the global coverage and investment banking division. Ghislain has a master’s in applied economics and a postgraduate degree in corporate finance from KULeuven.
