Frank de Hek Bio

Frank is a managing partner at Oaklins Netherlands and leads Oaklins’ horticulture and private equity teams. Frank has 17 years of experience in advising clients in M&A, and distinguishes himself by making well thought through equity story lines and strong auction-style sale processes. His key areas of expertise are in private equity, agriculture/horticulture, energy transition, automotive and paper & packaging. Blue-chip clients he has advised include ING Bank, Ecotone, Norske Skog and Dümmen Orange as well as many entrepreneurs and private equity firms. Frank joined Oaklins Netherlands in 2007. He has a master’s in business economics, with a specialization in finance, and a master’s in fiscal law from VU University Amsterdam.
