Dieter Simons Bio

Dieter is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. His focus is on M&A and equity capital market transactions. Some of his recent deals include the acquisition of a minority stake in Hannecard by BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity, the sale of Quares Student Housing to Xior and the capital increase for Elia. Previously, Dieter worked as a fund manager for KBC Asset Management. He has a master’s in economics from the University of Antwerp and a master’s in financial management from Vlerick Business School. He has also passed all three CFA exams.
