Denis Sablić Bio

Denis is a director at CAPER, Oaklins’ member firm in Croatia. He is a member of the TMT team, advising middle-market clients in pursuit of their M&A goals. Denis has been involved in a number of deals and has transaction experience in both buy-side and sell-side advisory across a range of sectors, including IT services (TMT), tourism, HVAC, food & beverage, furniture and manufacturing. Notable deals include the sale of Turisthotel to Tankerska plovidba, Data Target to Comping and Remaris to Asecco SEE. Denis received his master’s in finance from the Harvard Extension School and a bachelor’s degree from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. He has passed the CFA level 1 exam.
