Christopher Rahn Bio

Christopher is a director at Oaklins Germany and is co-head of its Frankfurt office. Passionate about technological innovations and capital markets, he is a seasoned M&A advisor whose experience spans both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across the USA, Europe and Asia. Having advised management teams, boards and shareholders on M&A, he has gained particular expertise in the TMT, industrials, food & beverage and pets sectors, and currently leads Oaklins’ pets team. His clients include public and family-owned companies as well as private equity firms, such as mp group, BGR, Süddeutscher Verlag, Bitzer, Meiller and Ratos. Christopher joined the firm in 2018. He started his career at a dedicated mid-cap M&A advisory boutique with a strong focus on cross-border transactions. He has an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Bremen, with a major in finance and investments.
