Christian de Charentenay Bio

Christian is a partner at Oaklins France. He has an industrial background and more than 35 years of professional experience, including 20 years in M&A. With a track record of more than 30 merger & acquisition transactions, he has developed unique skills in industrial markets and B2B distribution, and is an expert in the marking, traceability, health and safety markets. Previously, Christian had managed business units in Asia, Germany, Sweden and France for Imaje (Dover Corporation) and Brady Corporation before establishing his own boutique—M&A Value—in 2014, with a clear focus on cross-border transactions, including fundraising, sales and acquisitions. After representing Clairfield in the west of France, Christian joined Oaklins in 2024. He is an EM Lyon graduate.
