Bogdan Baldovin Bio

Bogdan is a director at BT Capital Partners, Oaklins’ member firm in Romania. He has been involved in several M&A and capital market transactions across various industries, such as agriculture (Brise’s sale of 15 grain silos to CEE Equity), tourism (the sale of Eurolines Romania’s tourism division to DER Touristik), financial and operational leasing (the sale of BT Operational Leasing to Autonom and the bond issuance for BT Leasing) and e-commerce (the bond issuance for Vivre, the largest online home decor retailer in Romania and the SEE region). Bogdan joined the firm in 2017. He has a BSc in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and an MSc in International Business Management.
