Bjørn Pedersen Bio

Bjørn is one of the founding partners at Oaklins Norway and leads its food & beverage team. He has extensive experience in M&A advisory on cross-border deals and private equity transactions, and has closed more than 100 transactions, focusing mainly on food & beverage, TMT, business support services and consumer & retail. Key clients he has advised include Nortura, Jotunfjell Partners, DnB ASA, Notabene, JobZone and private shareholders. Bjørn started his career in shipping, IT and finance, and has a master’s in business and finance from the Norwegian School of Management. He has more than seven years of board experience from Hansa Borg Bryggerier, the second largest brewery in Norway, and more recently Ludwig Mack AS, one of the owners of Norway’s third largest brewery.
