Bart Delusinne Bio

Bart is a managing director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. He has 25 years of investment banking experience, especially in cross-border transactions throughout and beyond Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) as he was head of Oaklins KBC Securities’ CEE corporate finance franchise. Since 2014, he been active on the Benelux market on both M&A and ECM deals. Bart has extensive financial institutions group (FIG) deal experience and leads the firm’s FIG competence center. He also covers the energy and TMT sectors. Clients he has worked for include Fluvius, Elia, Fujifilm, IPTE, Kunstmaan/Accenture, Natixis, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Ageas, Belfius, ABN-AMRO and Nationale Nederlanden. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Bart was M&A principal at KBC Group, where he outlined and executed KBC’s strategy in insurance, asset management and securities brokerage. In this capacity, he was responsible for KBC Group’s various acquisitions throughout the Central European region. Bart has a post-master’s degree in insurance sciences (magna cum laude) and a master’s in applied economics (summa cum laude).
