Andrew Woodmore Bio

Andrew is a director at Henslow, Oaklins’ member firm in Australia. He has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, management consulting and business. Andrew has broad industry experience in metals & mining, oil & gas, power and infrastructure, technology, biotech, financial services, consumer & retail and general industrials. Some of his most recent client transactions include Avenue Bank, Payright, Up (Ferocia Pty Ltd), Deliverit and Tolmar. Prior to joining Henslow, Andrew was an investment banker with Nomura and Lehman Brothers. Before this, he founded a successful technology firm and started his career as a management consultant with Booz Allen. Andrew has a BCom (Hons) from the University of Western Australia, an MA from the University of Oxford and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
