Alexandre Van Laere Bio

Alexandre is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. With over eight years’ experience in buy-side equity research and corporate finance, he has worked on deals in business services, consumer goods, retail, real estate, food & beverage and TMT. Notable transactions he has recently advised on include the sale of Advipro to Normec, the sale of Mobile Vikings to Proximus, the accelerated bookbuild offerings of Retail Estates and Care Property Invest, the sale of Veritas to CIM Capital and the sale of Dupont Cheese Netherlands to Vandersterre Groep. Alexandre joined the corporate finance team at Oaklins KBC Securities in 2020. Prior to this, he worked at PwC in corporate finance and at a family office as an equity buy-side analyst. Alexandre has a master’s in applied economics and a master’s in financial management from Vlerick Business School.
