Alexander Gryson Bio

Alexander is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium with seven years’ experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A deals. Notable transactions he has advised on include the sale of Scaldis Group to Elis, the sale of Mobile Vikings to Proximus, the sale of a minority stake in Drylock Technologies to Sofina, the acquisition of Prodata Systems by NRB Group and the merger between Allfin and Immobel. Alexander joined the firm in 2015. He started his career at Arete Research, an independent equity research boutique in London specialized in TMT, where he covered the cyber security sector as an equity analyst trainee. He has an MSc in Finance from ESCP Business School and a BSc and MSc in Commercial Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven.
