Adse de Kock Bio

Adse is a partner at Oaklins Small Cap Advisory B.V., part of Oaklins Netherlands. He has advised both privately-owned companies and private equity firms in a wide range of sectors. Prior to joining Oaklins Netherlands, Adse founded his own M&A firm. Before this, Adse was a partner at Van Huffelen & Meenink, a regional audit firm. He started his career as a tax consultant with Loyens & Volkmaars. Adse has several non-executive board memberships, such as of Broekhuis Holding BV, the number three automotive player in the Netherlands with a turnover of more than US$1 billion and over 1,200 employees; Royal Wijma, a family-owned business active in hardwood with a strong footprint in Africa and South America; and Ten Brinke Groep BV, a construction company mainly active in Germany with a turnover of over US$1 billion. Adse has a master’s in economics from Tilburg University, where he specialized in fiscal affairs.
