Bio

Raphaël is a partner and co-founder of Oaklins France. He has been involved in corporate finance for more than 13 years. Responsible for the aerospace & defense sector at Oaklins France, Raphaël has closed more than 15 transactions in this industry since 2015, including the sale of Mapaero to the Dutch group AkzoNobel, the sale of Agiliteam to the Taiwanese group Jinpao and the acquisition of UK-based Graytone by ADDEV Materials. Prior to Oaklins, Raphaël worked for Airbus Helicopters in Australia for four years as the Tiger business unit’s CFO. On his return to France, he joined the private equity firm M Capital Partners, where he was head of the investors team. Raphaël is an aerospace engineer graduate from ISAE-Supaero and has an MSc in Strategic Management from HEC. He also as a private pilot license for light aircraft.
