Patrice is a partner at Oaklins E. Canada. With more than 25 years’ experience in corporate development and M&A, Patrice’s key area of expertise is in the aerospace industry, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Notable clients he has advised include Sonaca, Atlas Aeronautik and Trident Industries. Previously, Patrice was vice president of corporate development at Heroux-Devtek (TSX:HRX), where he was involved in corporate development and M&A. Prior to that, he held various management positions related to engineering and market development at Bombardier Transportation (TSX:BBD.B) and Novabus. In 2013, he founded his own firm in strategic consulting and mergers and acquisitions for the aerospace industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s in business administration.
