Juraj is a partner at Oaklins Switzerland with over 13 years’ experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A as well as in business valuations and owner strategies for both listed companies and entrepreneurs. He has collaborated on a number of cross-border transactions in various sectors. His key areas of expertise are in ICT, technology, transportation and aerospace. Blue-chip clients he has advised include Avectris AG, Bertschi AG, Hupac SA, Planzer Holding AG, Rolic Technologies AG and SWITCH Foundation. Juraj joined the firm in 2007 after graduating. He has a master’s in business administration and a diploma of advanced studies in business law from the University of Bern.
